Thank you for being willing to help with translation. If you would like to translate the main page please visit your local language version of wikipedia to determine what they title their main page. In English it is "Main Page", in French: Accueil and so on. Simply use that title and create a new page. You may copy over everything from the English Main Page and simply replace the text with the translation. All other pages you may use your best judgement or try [[Article name/Language]].
